WalthMac WBB Series Gravimetric Batch Blender is an auxiliary equipment for precise batching and mixing of multi-component raw materials.Materials of different components are added to different storage hoppers,The material passes through the storage hopper to the weighing box for weighing, and then enters the mix chamber for blending.The entire process is based on preset formula, which are automatically processed by the system's adaptive algorithms.

Installing the Gravimetric Batch Blender on the floor with a platform,there will convey raw materials twice ,first step is from storage to system by vacuum loaders,second step is from the bottom hopper of Gravimetric Batch Blender to vacuum loader upon the material hopper which set on the extruder.
